When to use this form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from your subscription or Nectar pack contract within 14 days of purchase. You can also email support@justhoney.ai with the subject line “Withdrawal from contract”. No template is required.

Once received, we will acknowledge your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium and reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you have already begun to use the service with your express consent, a proportionate deduction applies. See the Refund Policy.
